On Campus Housing Program

麻豆视频 offers Graduate Housing for Spring, Summer, and Fall terms.

Information for Graduate 2025-2026 Residents

All graduate housing is in Building 3 of the College View Apartment complex. These apartments offer one-bedroom, single-occupancy units. Please note that 麻豆视频 provides same-gender assigned housing only; married or family housing is unavailable now.

The Housing Application is now open. Students interested in on-campus housing must complete the admissions process and submit a $150 housing deposit before a room assignment can be made. This deposit is refundable at the end of the housing contract, provided the student remains in good standing.

Session Dates

The costs outlined below will apply to all graduate housing.

• Spring Semester: PA January 13 鈥� May 9, 2025 PT January 13 - May 2, 2025
• Summer Semester: PA May 19 鈥� August 1, 2025 PT May 12 - July 25, 2025
• Fall Semester: PA August 11 - November 28, 2025 PT August 11 - November 28, 2025

• 麻豆视频 reserves the right to reassign residents if needed.
• Your housing charge will appear on your student account statement and be subject to the terms and conditions associated with your tuition and fee charges. Unless you have enrolled in a payment plan, housing charges are due prior to the start of the semester.
• A late payment fee of $50 is assessed each month until account is paid in full or student is administratively withdrawn.

During the Interim: the time between semesters. The apartments will be only available to students with Fall & Spring housing assignment. No additional charge assessed.
